What Are Chipotle's Lifestyle Bowls?

Chipotle created Lifestyle Bowls as pre-configured builds for the most common eating plans, developed with input from Whole30 co-founder Melissa Hartwig Urban. Each one uses ingredients Chipotle already has — just combined in a specific way to hit the diet's rules automatically.

The Whole30, Paleo, and Keto bowls all skip rice and beans and use a romaine salad base. The High Protein bowl goes the opposite direction with rice, beans, and extra protein. The Vegan bowl swaps animal protein for sofritas.
